16+ Scholarship Application Form

Our scholarship programme aims to recognise exceptional talent and achievement, and each scholarship therefore carries a modest fee remission, typically up to 5% of tuition fees.

Means-tested bursaries are available for families of scholars who would be unable to take up a place without additional financial support. If you believe you may qualify for bursarial support please indicate on this application form accordingly.

Before completing this application form please read the following information carefully:

• Please note that we are unable to accept any scholarship application unless the pupil has been formally registered for a place at Ardingly College.
• To support each application, we strongly encourage parents to submit supplementary documentation such as testimonials from relevant teachers, coaches or the pupil’s current Head Teacher. Providing this additional evidence can help us build a clearer picture of a pupil’s strengths.
• It is important to note that the submission of supplementary documentation is the responsibility of parents. While the College will review all materials received, we do not proactively request references on behalf of applicants.
• Any supporting documentation that you wish the College to consider should be uploaded to this form as part of this scholarship application. As such, we strongly recommend collating all supporting materials before submitting the form, as documentation received separately may not be considered.
• Please ensure that you have noted the assessment dates associated with the chosen scholarship area(s) before submitting your application. Attendance on the published assessment date(s) is an essential requirement of the scholarship process and, regrettably, we are unable to offer alternative dates or individual rescheduling.
